Charli's journey into leadership began not in a boardroom but on the ground floor — building businesses from scratch, navigating the realities of industrial media, and learning that the most important leadership lessons come from experience, failure, and reinvention. She learned early on that success isn't just about what you build, but who you build it with.

Through open-heart surgery, the weight of motherhood, a deepening faith, and profound personal transformation, Charli discovered that the greatest leadership is forged in the most vulnerable moments. These experiences stripped away the noise and clarified her ultimate calling: to equip others to lead with courage and compassion.

I help leaders and organizations build cultures where people feel seen, valued, connected, and empowered to contribute at their highest level. My work focuses on leadership development, emotional intelligence, communication, resilience, advocacy, confidence, and meaningful impact in both business and life.
As founder of Empowering Brands and the media platform Empowering Pumps & Equipment, I’ve spent years helping industries modernize how they connect and communicate. Through the Empowering Women in Industry community, leadership coaching, podcast conversations, and conferences, I continue creating spaces where leaders grow together and discover the power of authentic leadership.
My journey has shaped this mission in profound ways.
From traveling the world at a young age and building confidence through new experiences, to building companies from the ground up, to navigating open-heart surgery and recovery, every chapter has taught me something essential about strength.
